2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to any order placed on the Lucky Autist website, regardless of the customer's country of residence.
All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products
Lucky Autist offers clothing and accessories.
The images and descriptions are presented with the utmost care. However, slight variations (colors, prints, textures) may occur depending on the manufacturing processes and screen display settings.

4. Price
Prices are shown in CHF, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges.
For orders delivered outside Switzerland and outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or import fees may be required by the authorities of the destination country.
These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Lucky Autist reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.

5. Ordering and payment
The order is considered final after payment confirmation.
Payment is made via the secure methods offered on the website.
Payment is processed by secure payment providers (including Stripe).
Lucky Autist does not have access to the customer's bank details at any time.
Lucky Autist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.

6. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the country of destination.
Lucky Autist cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or damages attributable to the carrier, customs formalities or circumstances beyond its control.

7. Returns and refunds
Lucky Autist allows a 30-day period from receipt to request a return.

return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Personalized products or limited editions: no returns or exchanges.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 days after receipt and verification of the returned items.

8. Responsibility
Lucky Autist cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.
Lucky Autist's liability is, in any event, limited to the amount of the order in question.

9. Force majeure
Lucky Autist cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform resulting from force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lucky Autist website (texts, images, visuals, graphics, slogans, logos, creations) is protected by copyright and international conventions.
Any reproduction, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

11. Personal data
Personal data is recorded solely for the purpose of order processing and customer relations.
In accordance with Swiss law and applicable regulations, the customer may request access to, rectification or deletion of their data.

12. Applicable Law and Legal Aspects
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law, to the exclusion of any other legislation.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of the canton of Vaud (Switzerland) shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal provisions applicable to the consumer.
